Since the gen is dimensionwise 1:1 to the 300 master-coax, why should they build the rep in other (larger) dimensions? anyway.. like it. Especially the fact that there is no 007 clue on the face.

Hilarious. Looks like straight out of an Anime...

Probably too picky customers/too hard to make it really precise (dial/alignment of markers).

I'm pretty sure that the 42mm Liquidmetal is out of stock at those dealers. Afaik the last one that had them in stock was toro. You should contact them first before ordering. Both are TDs, so both should be OK.

Krabbenkoenig replied to Rolexman's topic in The Omega Area
sweet watch. very tempting... If the $ -> € change wasn't so bad atm. -
And because we have sunshine for the first time since ages.. the beauty in the sunlight. I have to admit, since I've fitted her to the leather strap, I love this watch.

Alternative metal bracelet for LMPO
Krabbenkoenig replied to Krabbenkoenig's topic in The Omega Area
Ah cool.. thnx! Of course.. replacing the endlinks solves the fit @ casing issue, should have thought of that. -
Hey guys, I was wondering if there was a better quality alternative to the bracelet that comes with the LMPO. Actually I also oredered a nice Hirsch leather strap which should arrive tomorrow, but since I pfrer metal for the summer month I'm also looking for an metal alternative. I assume the bracelets for the 8500 cal models won't fit? Are there decent replicas from the older 2500 cal models, or are they in about the same quality as the LMPO bracelet? Thanks & Regards,
-
Hi all, I'm owning an Noob LMPO, but I'm not fully content with the quality & application of the lume. Also the markers on the dial and the alignment of the datewheel is not 100% perfect. So now I'm looking for someone that could do the requested mods in the EU. Any recommendations? Thanks & regards

The new Omega Seamaster 300 A8500 ceramic bezel
Krabbenkoenig replied to jion's topic in General Discussion
Chrome seconds hand instead of white, and 8500 decoration instead of 8400. Have a look at the Omega section, this watch has been thoroughly discussed. -

They don't have the corrected version yet, if I'm right. So far I've only seen it at puretime... -

I'd also say rep. No Si mainspring and wrong rotor bearing. PLUS the Wednesday is not centered. Btw. Start an own thread, this is about the new seamaster 300. -

Yes. PT states >50m, so at least you can go swimming with it. -

Yep, it's a so called "dry pressure tester" If you scroll down to about 2/3 you can see a similar machine. http://www.timekeeperforum.com/forum/threads/pam-002-servicing.14996/ "First I take the watch to the dry testing machine. This machine uses vacuum and pressure to test the watch by measuring the deflection of the case. I use the diver program that starts with a test a -0.7 bar vacuum, then performs a second test at a +10 bar pressure" or another one: http://www.miamitimeinc.com/Water_Resistance_Testing.html -

Guys, you also gotta read. The white seconds hand and the 8400 decoration will be done with the final sample. Same applies for the lume. Regarding the sandwich dial, some reviews say it's sandwich, others say it's engraved... Anyway as long as it's looking good I wouldnt mind either way.
