My apologies..
As some of you might have noticed.. after a near two month leave of absence (for the most part)... my status is no longer Platinum I have full intention of reinstating my status as soon as I find a job! I just wanted you guys to know that I'm on it! and with some luck I will soon be back and in full effect as a Platinum poster..

Just to give you some remorse... You knew trevor sells the Bezels for the V5 right? granted not as satisfying.. but I plan on going that route soon.. As I did the Nail acrylic mod last year and have never been quite happy with it, and would like to do it again

May not be beautiful.. but very typical of spain
I think that's partially it, but if your watch comes from the factory +/-5min/day, then there's no reason there's no good reason they would want to show that to you in a picture. Granted.. They might not get it within +/- 1 second per day..(better than COSC) but i think 20 or 25 seconds is acceptable from the factory.
P.s. Jkay, how's it going bro. I've been OUT for like 2 months or more! Finally winding up my master's degree and can see the light of day. Very impressed by your bezel work!
This watch is now available from almost ALL dealers. the 177m is only made by one factory, and all the dealers have access to it. Various prices depending on the dealer
@xtremerz: Great combo and nice photos! Great to see newcomers like yourself contributing to the hobby
Unless you're located in spain.. Don't bother buying from toro.. You will Get your watch.. but in my case, it took him nearly 5 or 6 months. I'm a member of his spanish forum.. and there were over 120 people that had orders pending back in end of 2010. He's a great guy.. and has Honest intentions, but he sufferes from horrible communication skils and can be known to get angry quickly. He's not great at managing his business.. (at least on the customer side of things).
Pay a few dollars more and buy from someone else in my opinon. If you're gonna spend 200 bucks... why not spend 20 or 30 more.
First of all, welcome. I see this is your first post.. Sucks that your first post had to be about this.
Secondly, is your watch a replica or GEN?
Lastly, not too sure there are many watchmakers in the UK. Quite a few good repairmen, modders in the E.U. though. Do some research.. maybe one of them can help you out. Posting pictures on here, might also help.
Good luck
Watches aren't produced liks socks AlexBPM.. they are produced in batches.. When batches dry up.. they dry up. SOMETIMEs the factory decides to reproduce them, or create a new version.... Most of the time.. they produce X quantity trying to predict demand, and maximize profit.
pizzanoo is right.. those bezel screws looks SPOT on excellent fit and finish there. When I get some money this summer.. I'm getting one of these black themes.. or maybe a chronopassion.. My Last AP was a diasppointment.. So I sold it, but I'm willing to try again!
Yeah they do.. that's the whole point... otherwise it's just taking a picture of your watch next to a timing machine...
I figure they took the picture before having regulated...
Black themes, Grey themes, white themes, silver themes, safari v2, Tour-Auto...
All of them are nearly equally as accurate and just as well made.. Pretty sure all of them have the chrono pusher placement flaw
