  1. I can just hear it now: Guy #1 :"Someone call SWAT!! I think this guy owns a fake Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore!!!" Guy #2: "A what?"
  2. Haha.. I'm glad he's really not trying to pass it off as GEN in his description. He even warns to bid accordingly because of lack of authenticity. He got rich, but at least some poor schmuch doesn't think they got a Killer steal on a great GEN.. The winner probably just thinks he got a great deal on a great REP! The sad part is that it's a bad rep
  3. welcome to the jungle!! great to have you!
  4. Yes as stated, neither factory is better than the other. One makes certain models, the other makes other models. If you order a new Pam 177L for example, regardless of the dealer you choose to buy from, the watch will be made by the same "factory"
  5. Lists of customers???? You do remember that this is an illegal business...??? right? When drug dealers are caught, the police don't go looking for records of their customers... It's also not likely that the dealers maintain an ongoing list... And if they do, I don't see what any authorities would want with it... You're obviously not a lawyer BGgoodwin... right??? haha
  6. beautiful sql! Stolikat... who is that in your avatar!!??? it's driving me crazy
  7. Nope. Think about it.. if someone was unaware that they were purchasing a fake "nike" shirt for example.. you think that the buyer could be held legally responsible. The answer is ALMOST NEVER! I've been on the site for 4 years and JOsh and andrew have probably changed domain names at least 3 or 4 times since I've been here. They change it up as a precautionary measure. Quite normal for them, since they get 75% of ALL replica sales on the various forums. Josh and Andrew are part of the "Cartel" and are most definitely being targeted by authorities.. the problem is that china does not actively pursue the factories where replica merchandise is made. It's a huge boost to their economy, and despite pressure from corporations.. if the chinese government doesn't feel like doing it.. the corporations basically have to accept it. Its obvously more complicated than that, but in general.. that's what's going on. The only thing that the rep companies can do is try to crack down on vendors that sell in the streets within the countries where the items are being distributed.. since the "source" in china is untouchable. Once a replica is in your possession who is to say it's a replica? An attorney? Are they going to hire a watch expert to come to your house and compare your beautiful replicas to the real thing? I doubt it.
  8. Plenty of threads on this already. No need to worry. What dealers are you talking about that got busted? In any case, in the U.S. it's not illegal to own or posess replica watches, You can't be prosecuted for anything. You're fine bro. If you're really scared.. it's been nice knowing you! Good luck on those GEN sites!!
  9. The 7th season just finished recently.. so I imagine sometime in the summer but i'm not sure!
  10. ahhh!! Take this AMBIGG!! and THAT! (please notice the very sexy thin hour marker rings... not the fat donuts like on the BK ) p.s. You need a 22mm nato instead of a 20mm
  11. Maybe a lot of YOUR reps.. But mine all give me that special feeling
  12. Having extended Japanese Family, this hits close to home. (I'm 1/4 japanese). My japanese grandmother is very worried about her brother and sister in Japan. They both live in Tokyo, so more than likely they are ok, but the fact that the phone system is down in many parts of tokyo as well as power.. just makes things very difficult for her and my family My heart goes out to all in Japan that are affected.
  13. I can't believe you don't have a SOSF in your collection Dave123!
  14. That would not be a franken DSSD Ambigguous.. it'd merely be a modded DSSD. I've seen some extremely modded DSSDs but I have yet to see a franken DSSD around these parts.. parts for them are near impossible to find and/or buy. @Bigbully: To answer your question about them, It's really up to the observer. If I were to look at both I could tell straight away which one was rep. But I've been studying the DSSD for the last two years Your friend would probably have no idea which one was which. BK's rep has the following errors: -WAY too fat hour markers -Rounded triangle on bezel -not bold enough bezel insert numbers -pearl too rounded (imo) -often has gaps at the lugs with bracelet In my honest opinion, Trevors watch (2010 V5)is just a LITTLE bit better. but with completely different flaws. The new V6 looks to be the best yet.. and the best part about trevors watch and the new V6 is that both cost about half of BK's watch, which will be obsolete in the next year.
  15. more pictures and angles would be nice in different lighting conditions.. indoor, outdoor, direct light, non-direct light, etc. Also some specs on the Reflective coating From the two pictures it looks nice, but the pictures you took with AR look like they've been taken with no direct light, whereas the two pics you took befor AR applied look as if they were taken in direct light on purpose. It'd be nice if you could compare before and after in the same lighting conditions.....
  16. OMG! You've got to catch up. Quite possibly one of the most entertaining series I've ever watched. The perfect balance, of funniness, drama (no pun intended) and beautiful women
