good lord..... what would you suggest for a high polished bracelet (SS) with diamonds in the face..... anything like that exist? i think diamond bezel might be overkill....

hmmm the bracelet must be different then.... on my sub there are 3 links on each side of the clasp on my explorer II there are 3 links on each side of the clasp i've never seen a watch with 2 on one side and 1 on the other.... did you buy it second hand?

so u removed 3 links on each side for a total of 6? you must have a TINY wrist. =/

^ was that one also already tapped for the correct size tap? did you have to retap it? i heard the Sub;s use the same tap size as gen?

should get a jewelryoutlet insert, use the pearl from that watchmaterial insert, and u have the best of both worlds.

lol, its not real enough for me yet.....soon to have a gen crown + tube installed ;-) and i dont really game all that much, i like classic games like NES and SNES lol

today is a new day.... I spent 2-3hours last night grinding down a spare bezel insert i had....so it would make the crystal look taller and sit recessed in the bezel.... got it all fitting good...just glued it in about 10mins ago with some clear 5min expoxy..... the bezel is still turning so i did it right this bezel has a watchmaterial pearl on it, so its nice.... now I just have to wait to get the pesky date wheel fixed =) I ordered a Gen crown and AM crown tube to install....should be here next week sometime.... Tom - I'm still waiting for my UPO, I'm sure that one will get lots of wrist time as well....

agreed....send a picture to the dealer and ask them to send u a new bracelet..... be firm, but polite.....as if u are a pushover they will sometimes keep trying to avoid the issue.

My dealer said he would send me a new date wheel....then i'll sent it out to be serviced since i want it to last a long time anyway..... hopefully the dealer comes thru on his word...

thanks alligoat, i was told by our sub cannibal...that the standard DW's arent the correct fonts... these sub's all use Overlays. in the process of getting a replacement overlay
