  1. These are all made out of silix watches. and the last one down to the right
  2. To agree to get the watches destroyed is the most stupid thing you can do. I had alot of watches confiscated by swiss customs because i'm swiss. If you agree you admit being guilty. they have no (absolutely no) prove that you ordered this watch. They will destroy it any way if you agree or not. But you will live in peace in future if you go on ordering. I probably ordered more than 70 watches during 2 1/2 years and believe me I got the hell of alot of letters from customs. If you go with trusty, Josh or Paul you will mostly have no probs. They have their ways to get through.
  3. Moneybookers took Euros 750 from me when XKenzo (watchmaster) was dealing in earlier days (about 2 years ago). I sent the money to my moneybookers account. It never showed up and they never responded to emails or phone calls in any satisfying way. Stay away from them (that's at least what I will be doing). I had a total loss of 750 Euros.
  4. ... and once again, a perfectly misaligned bezel. I think they do this on purpose. My pearl from trusty is not as hollow. see yourself and sorry for the crappy pic i took it with my htc tytn.
  5. Is there any submersible pam with a decent date magnifier? I've got one that is hardly legible. It seems to be anti-ar-coated and almost not magnified. If somebody has a different experience I would appreciate a post with the direction to the grail. CucumberJones has a nice 243, but I can't see the date on his pics.
  6. I can't sleep because i'm waiting for mine from Trusty. By-Tor, please stop it doen't get better with pictures like that.
  7. Would a Valjoux 72c actually fit the DW Kit as well?

I am in the DW Club thanks to Nanuq and Ubi. i'm also pretty happy but still searching the Val. 72.
  9. "you can spray a coat or two of clear varnish over the surface" Hey Guys, don't let the Swiss hanging out there. We are making the gen watches for you. WTF is varnish???? I [censored]ed up the dial of my 112 H
  10. I had the same problem. It was fully wound and did not run anymore. In my case the hands did touch eachother and could not turn anymore. Maybe it's just this - would be an easy fix.
  11. Andrew..... you're unbelievable. That is what makes the difference!!!
  12. You're a fool if you order more watches than one in a parcel. I've purchased approx. 60 reps in two years. Some of them where seized. Because "I never ordered anything" they would have to proove me that I did order. If you have a dealer who resends you will be fine. Just never admit anything. Every time they send me a letter from customs they treat me like a new client. I am definitely not registered. If they catch a parcel with 10 watches it will be a different story.
  13. You definitely get not registered if a watch is seized by customs. I would be in prison by now.
  14. Trusty, Paul, Josh and Sean always come through. I don't know how they do it but it works. If it would get seized they resend it. I got several watches seized from other dealers. If you get a letter from customs deny that you ever have ordered anything. They have to proof you that you did. So don't worry be happy - no probs at all.
  15. @ V I was just about to say... this is the nicest pam i've seen so far. Keep it simple, all this chronozilla canopener subdial stuff is too much for a panerai. This is the one to go. Please let us know where and what and howmuch. congrats for your great taste.
  16. Eddie goes all the way for you.
  17. I had one of the first daytonas from Sean that worked great untill last week without ever opening it. Last week my baby threw it against the wall. Now it is not working properly My PAM 196 from EL was also one of the first. Still works fine. It went skiing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, took a sauna with it - no problem at all.
  18. @ ob 1 What a bummer. Just noticed on their website.
  19. @leitztozeiss Just mix ROL 079 with ROL 187. OK, it's the thicker case and the triplock. But it's waterproof, the tube doesn't strip after two days and the crystal is quite nice for a bond sub (see pics above). It's work for just a quarter of an hour.
  20. The problem that occurs with this Silix Version is that the crown tube will be stripped in a sec and the crystal is cheap plastic. So order the Silix Bond Version and the Silix Milgauss Version. Take the Crystal, Case, Tube and Crown from the Milgauss and the dial from the Bond and you're done.
  21. Aged Dial, Genuine Tube, Crown and Pearl
