  1. I was looking for a nice bag for my lady.....but those things are way too expensive!!!

Why? Just because they're genuine leather? I can buy a gen leather bag for Euro 40,-.... USD 250,- is not justified IMO.

USD 150,- for a 'high-tech' ETA sub and USD 250,- for a simple leather bag!!??

    What do you think?

  2. You know, I don't mind the Asian movements but what bigs the HELL out of me is the fact that dealers don't tell you they are Asian "replicas" of genuien ETA. In fact I have purchased watches that specificly said "genuine ETA XXX" and priced accordingly, just to later find out it was a fake.

I give credit to those dealers who list "Asian 7750" for example but between all the copy "Swiss" Unitas movements in Pams (almost all of which are actually cheap ass fakes) and now this type of thing is is starting to bug me.

Son't list the movement as "ETA 2892" when it simply is NOT that movement! I purchased a first gen PAM GMT that actually DOES have a genuine in it and it costs a fortune so don't mislead people with mislabled stuff.

    I agree 100%

  3. Hardy hardy hah! I think it comes down to contrast. On the white dialed it appeared green. And about form over function, it did not glow all that bright, just slightly better than eyal trinite. Here's some pics I too

I think there's a difference because you have/ had the older version? I have the red Automatic on the dial (2000meter / 44mm diameter)... maybe they used different lume on both models?..... or .... it's a contrast thing like you said?
