  1. For me I would love to see the JLC Master Compressor (needn't have all the features in working condition).

Next, will be the AP Royal Oak Offshore Alinghi (the material of the casing might be tough to rep but if like the EOD also good enough...).

Moving on, will be the AP Royal Oak Offshore Volcanoe.

I don't mind wearing this to work too, another AP.

And this Pam watch the Radiomir Black Seal in ceramic (can be in pvd I don't mind...). Think someone here also wants this too!

Cheers! Early Happy New Year greetings to all of you!

  2. Oh no sad to hear that. But at least you managed to find the root of the cause so now you just have to be more careful. Hope you can find a solution and need not give up this hobby. Then again health is important too better don't neglect it. Ummm..so far another alternative is that you wear gloves then wear your watches over your gloves...not too practical and it will be a waste to cover up all your beautiful fingers and nails too. Cheer up ok. Merry Christmas to you too!

  3. Wow now quite a few straps to choose from but it seems that I'm more into the gator straps unless I can't a suitable one. I'm still trying hard to find something like the one shown in the picture below which Victoria has posted. Unfortunately the one shown in the picture is 24mm so not suitable. If anyone knows where to find this do let me know. In the meantime, keep the suggestions coming in so that I can have some other options. Thanks & have a nice weekend!

  4. Hi Victoria thanks for the generous selections! Wow you are really the lady to seek advice on straps! Hope you don't mind me asking you a few more questions... Oh yes I'm searching around for a nice gator strap that is 'reddish' and glossy but so far didn't managed to see any until you show me one in your pictures! Wow, may I know where to locate that 'OEM Bordeaux Gator (glossy)' strap that you mentioned? And for the 'Micah's Grand Caiman', may I also know where to find it? Moving on, you suggested going through the 'Daily Special (TC)', are you referring to Timeconnection site? And for 'Risti Accessories corner' where do I find it? Thanks a lot Victoria!

And sssurfer thanks for the creative touch! Wow you remind me of people painting the stitch yellow to match their AP EOD watch. I might just give it a try, it really looks nice too!

  5. Hi pals thanks for the feedback! Ummm looks like now I have a few to consider. Do keep the suggestions coming in so that I can know which will be a better match.

And dadog13 you mentioned about 'boney croc straps'. Are you referring to 'honey croc straps'? May I know where did you see a nice one so that I can go check it out too?

And sssurfer, you are right! Nice combo and suggestion! Wow by the way where can I find such a strap and the one you show in the picture?

And slai you are indeed very lucky, now left all the 24mm ones.

    Thanks guys!

  6. Hi dear all especially those strap experts like Victoria, I'm expecting a rose gold Radiomir PAM231. So now I'm thinking what will be a good strap to match this watch, any good advice? I'm considering those gator straps too but wonder if black or brown will be a better match. And is it true gator straps tend to be thinner, they don't have those thick ones like 4mm and above? So far I have taken a look at straps being offered by Don, Strap Culture, Waccex, Timeconnection, Watch Boys, HK Tan and Savage. Of course it will be good to get a nice strap at a good deal, so any recommendations? Thanks in advance! Cheers!

  7. Haha that's a very nice watch! Mine is on the way too can't wait to see how it feels like! So guys & gals any recommendations on what type of straps to match this fellow and where are some good places to get it? I plan to get a gator strap for this watch but I realized gator straps tend to be a bit thin compared to those leather straps whereby one can get really thick ones, is that true? I have taken a look at Don straps and Waccex straps, are they good? Thanks.

  8. Hi dear all, I'm planning to get a cheaper rep maybe in the region of US$90-$140. You see, I just sold two of my watches so now feeling a little empty and want to get another one to add to my collection.

The reason is that so far I have a few reps ranging from Noobmariner to MBW Patek Nautilus Jumbo. And I realized these days the prices of those super reps are going higher and higher, one good example is the Hublot BB. Whereas on the other hand, I did give it a try to get cheaper reps like the Noobmariner, AP Royal Oak Offshore in quartz etc and I must say I'm pretty happy with their make and quality especially when considering the price one pays for them. But of course they are not 100% perfect and I don't expect them to be. Important is that at least when wearing them, no one will scream at it being a fake.

So now with this price range, I do have some watches in mind which I will list them down here. If anyone else thinks there is a good rep and within the price range, do feedback to me too. And like I mentioned before, need not be 100% perfect but at least when wearing it, its not that obvious its a fake. Here it goes...

    1. Tag Heuer Aquaracer new model (without the day but has date in quartz and rubber strap).

    2. Bell & Ross black PVD BR01-94 chrono blue or orange or white in quartz.

    3. Bell & Ross black PVD BR01-92 in quartz.

    4. Panerai Radiomir.

Thanks in advance! Hope I can get a watch I like!

  9. Hi dear all, I have done a search and found the answers to some of my questions on the Bell & Ross watches. However, I still have some humble questions which I hope you all could assist me a little. Well, let's get started...

    1. I'm planning to get the PVD black BR01-94 chrono quartz version as most probably I will wear it during the weekends when in t-shirt and jeans. Don't want to take my chance on the auto version yet.

    2. Now the thing is that it comes in a variety of dials, I'm mainly looking at the blue, orange or white numerals version.

    3. I saw from a post that the blue is a bit too dark and dull and not easy to read even in room lit conditions. Are all versions the same or does anyone has any feedback on this?

    4. As for the orange how is it, better than the blue?

    5. Lastly, how about the white one?

Thanks in advance! Have a nice weekend!

  10. Hi dear all, I got a Mont Blanc pen from one of the dealers here. The ink ran out thus I went to get a genuine Mont Blanc rollerball ink refill but it could not be fitted into the pen. I'm like only able to screw it in 1/3 way and could not screw it in fully thus I can't use the pen now. May I know do you all faced such similar issues? And how do you all resolve it? Hope I need not throw away the pen... Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
