Hey ekhunter: All the tips from our fellow members are correct the only advice that I'm going to give you What ever you do, don't use the buffing wheel cuz you can burn the crystal unless you Use a very soft cotton miniature buffing wheel with a dremmel not the bench type buffing Motor.

Hey Edge The problem is that the case its made out of a hardened steal so you will need to do the hole With a low speed drill not with dremel, you can use a regular bench tyoe drill with a HSS drill bit But use the drill at slow speed, dremel will not do this cuz is to fast even at low speed and Has no enough power.
