Just received this strap from Germany today. I love the Black and Tan look.

That button is the stepchild, so it just gets ignored.

Looking good. My QC pics came in.

You really lucked out on this one. The lever looks flush with the cg.

Love the grey alligator. I think it shows off the grain much better than black or brown.

And....completely remanufacturing the dial because the date window is supposed to be square not round.

Do you know if they acquired a gen as a sample? If it's from pictures you can forget about accuracy.

I think it's the lighting, or shading, and the way light reflects off of the sand blasted finish that is causing the inner bezel to look darker in that picture. It is certainly not two tone metal.

Okay, this doesn't help the HBB strap search, but APbands seems to have mimicked the HBB "gummy" finish, maybe exactly. I don't know if Jacob can get his hands on this type of treated hide yet, or maybe he already has it. I like them both, but always lean towards rose gold. I did a bit of post processing to your photo to make the colors pop. I like this pic.
