Actually, the hacking feature is fairly standard on higher quality reps these days. Please tell me you're going to have that serviced before you use it on a regular basis. If it has been sitting unworn and unused for many years the jewels may be dry or sludged and you could do great harm to that gorgeous movement by running it. Try warming the glue under the insert by blowing on it with a hair dryer, then with your fingernail on the pearl adjust the seating clockwise to the correct alignment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It's certainly worth a try! If the spring bar tip fits the diameter of the spring hole it should function, but if the fit is sloppy then you'll get play in the bezel stops. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hey Indy, you're a good guy for picking up this ball. I would suggest using the destination zip code to figure out the actual post office it was last tracked at and use local directory to get the phone number of that office and speak to the postmaster there for starters. Don't waste your time with the national number, it is miserable and hellish[emoji33]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The only way to contact USPS customer service is through e-mail. The telephone line is a black hole. Hit the email option and fill out "where is my package?" form with tracking# and address info. This is the only way to get a response. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
