Basically one of phongs older dials, modified dsn hands broached to fit the as1701 movement and a custom insert, I built a few of these and it's getting near on impossible to get parts these days Here's some more

Yeah, it's very handy, saves having to sew the strap on as the 3646 had soldered/fixed lugs
