dial problems again...tachymeter should have WHITE #s....the AP text on the dial should be white too. Come on factories....pay attention to the details!

I think it came from their base in the start was not more then 300 strong then they moved up to many 1000's and the 300 theme stuck.I think Sylar can sheed some better light on this..
