you find everything in my old Euromariner post : *click*
or here is the short version :
cheers,
Frank
Thanks a lot for that Frank!
It is a VM9 v1,5 from Precious time I am working with!
I have taken away the retaining ring and the crystal is still in the retaining ring ?? Is that the usual case ?
How do I remove the crystal from the retaining ring ?
Do I have to use the press or can I press it out with my fingers?
I am going to fit a clarks 295 C2 on this case (VM9 V1,5) and this should fit without any modding or ?

Hi all!
I have been looking for instructions for assemble and disassemble the crystal and bezel-assemly on a submariner ( WM9!) but have failed.
Can anyone here help me with a guide how to do it or a site which is telling how to do it

Just for a comparison sake, here's his latest L-dial he uses on 111E now.
Bar the slightly off L Swiss L font under 6 o'clock - a flippin' good looking dial, IMO!
That number 6 is PERFECT!
YES it is a VERY nice dial!
It is "only" the "LUMINOR" printing that is a little to near the 11 and 1 a clock markers I think !
-
Dr...have a look at DSN's latest 001/004/040 "T-dial".
Not bad at all, IMO...if you don't mind a slightly wrong font of the T SWISS T text.
DSN is currently the only Luminor historic sausage rep dial maker that got that overhang on number 6 finally sorted, both on his latest iteration on T-dial as well as L-dial.
The Luminor and Panerai dial text is great to boot on this dial.
I love this dial from DSN, it is now one of my favorite pams. I bought a set of hands for it as well and they matches the diallume quite well I think.
BUT this dial is a little more matte black in the colour!

Seems to me like almost every gen rolex I've handled has had the winding direction turn in the same direction of the crown, i.e., clockwise.
Yet all rep movements, both Asian and Swiss are opposite.
Seems weird that we are so fanatical about the tiniest of details when one of the largest inconsistencies goes untalked about. Thoughts?
All my genuine Rolex watches has the same winding direction and that is clockwise and have not found any movement ( even replica ones !) that not does winds up clockwise.

Could this be something you're after? New T-48 S/S crown
...and this: New T-48 S/S crown
cheers,

[/quote Thanks a lot for that post !
Is it something You do not know about Pams
Do You know if T has stopped overpolishing the teeth ?
-
I asked the same question a couple of days ago, on his thread, but nobody seems to have one installed yet. I had expected my crowns a while back, but surprisingly just received the tracking info the other day ... so maybe there was a delay and most members don't have them yet.
OK thanks Drulee
Then we wait and see!

Hi all!
Has anyone here got T:s springloaded T-48 steel crown and mounted it on a watch yet?
If so can I see some pictures
-
I love the base pams
I have the same pam but with a L SWISS L dial and OP6520 D0021/1200 caseback ( that Babola made DSN to make ?)
-
I love the pam base models
Wear it well!

Some dude made a photo comparison of the rep and genuine 16mm clasps some time ago.
Note that the rep clasp in that thread is one of the better ones. There is a cheaper style of deployant found on the lower-priced Omega reps. They're not close to the originals at all, so you should be able to spot them easily.
Thanks a lot for that link it was VERY helpful
-
Only expensive when you buy a brand like omega the link i posted above will make you a strap from alligator for about
-
No it wont be real alligator but you could bet one made by this guy, top work!
here is my old RM with a gen omega strap and deployant,(

Hi all railmaster lovers!
I have seen a lot of nice pictures of the railmaster with the aligator strap with deployment clasp on it and it looks fantastic BUT:
Do You know if it really IS GENUINE aligator leather in the strap ( with deployment clasp!) that perfect clones and trusty etc sell for 78 $?
And do You know how LONG each of the strap-parts are ?
Most replica straps is in gator ( only printed aligator/crocodile pattern on leather !)
PLEASE show Your Railmasters with the straps You have on them

Nice V1 sub from VM9
Thoose endlinks is the closest to genuine ones there is
Thanks for nice pictures!
-
that's odd since PT informed me not so long ago that I had purchased the last one, in fact he gave me a good deal in order to rid him self of it. im curious to see what you get from him in the mail then.
I think it will be the version with the engraved rehaut, that is not as nice as the V3 !
-
Loved my v1. Best SELs ever.
But make no mistake, as a rep v2 is superior. The lume is 99% gen-like.
I just got a separate V1 bracelet (for my LV!) from PT and the endlinks is a lot better than all others I think
And the solid midlinks makes it fell more solid than the hollow midlinks.

Hi all!
Is there anyone that has a genuine rolex datejust/Ex II/GMT crown to sell ( used or new!) ?
I am intrested in the no 24-603-0 crown ( this crown is 6 mm! )
Please let me know
-
Milgausser is a price gouger!
Yes it is the correct crown, but then you'd have to use the 24-6030-0 tube which is 5.3mm and 2.5mm hole size. The existing hole in your rep case is 3.0mm probably. Capisce?
will this tube fit the noob EX II ?
