I thought that the "ultimate" seamaster bond modell was no avalible then I got thoose two from Silix the other day.

Shipped from Shanghai!!!!! not Hong kong!

Just got two omega seamaster from SILIX and I must say I am impressed with the quility of theese watches

NEW SWISS eta 2824-2 ( NO clones here!!!)

What do You think ??

BUT he does not have any more

DSN's crowns are sprung and will fit the tube on cases that have had sprung crowns, but are too thick to fit a non-sprung-crown tube.

DSN has a few different versions....It will fit...as long as you specify it's for a 6497 movement. It's also best if you have a picture of the exact crown you want to email him.

Will the DSN titanium crowns for eta 6497-1 movements fit the "cartell" titanium cases ?

I want to change to a longer cannonpin/hourwheel on my asian eta 6497-1 movement and what to know :

If a SWISS (from Cousins!) 3,15 mm cannonpin and 2,15 mm hourwheel will fit in all asian eta 6497-1 movements!

YES I need a lot of T48 titanium crowns!!!

I think it is more difficult to find good looking titanium crowns ( the only perfect ones id YOURS!!!) !!

I have used a number of various DSN casebacks on Cartel cases and have not had a problem, but of course, your mileage may vary.

The Zigmeister did a bit of a tutorial on this of how to do it with out removing the wheel from the movement have a search

Can anyone tell me how to take away the seconds pin/axle on a Eta 6497 so I can put a pamdial WITHOUT the seconds hand ( a pam BASE dial! ) ?

Is it difficult to remove it or is it "better" to just cut off the axle for the seconds pin/gear?

Do anyone here had any problems with clasp on a Omega seamaster proffessional 300M ( the bond watch!) ?

The problem is that the clasp is not closing as it should do, it feels VERY loose ( when it is closed!) as if it has not locked to the clasps metalbars inside the clasp!

The watch is all new but want to know if it can be fixed or IF I have to get a new clasp/bracelet?

I have an Fiddy ( look for my pictures from my post "EDDIE LEE fiddy" not so long ago ! ) where the movement is coming out from the crystal side and I bought it from Silix a year ago!

Then I bought a separate dial/hands from Puretime that was superlumed with superlumemix from Flav that he says it is even brighter than the genuine but the same white as the genuine!

And it has the saffire crystal that does NOT have the wrong AR coating ( not at all blue ! ) as the crystal from DSN has!

You can see that it IS a EL case by looking for the BIG movement holder screws, they have a bigger head than the backloaded fiddy case!, check on pictures from a genuine one!

AND the caseback is also different. I have a couple of 0117/1950 casebacks BUT they do NOT fit on the EL case!!!!!!!!!

I have got a paper from the toll/cusoms station that says that I have to specify WHAT the package contains and that I have to send information that can proof the value of the package!

It is a EMS package from Silix ( and I have payed about 500 $ for two watches so I want to get them!!! ) and I do not know what he has written on the content of the package!

The toll fee is from 0-20 % and the tax is 25 % so I do not know if I can say to them that it is for example "watch spare parts" or something else and that the value is for exaple 50$ !?

But I can not give them any information about the value of package !

What would You have done in my situation???

It has the "like genuine case" where the movement is taken out from the front!

I got it from Silix a year ago and think it is the famous case from "EL" ????

I have that kind of decorated eta 2836-2 movement in my WM9 from PT and it looks very nice I think BUT I have been told ( by Bk1234, and used to be right ! ? ) that it is old, used SWISS movements in thoose decorated movements.

My works just fine and it has the incablock instead of the novodiac.

I know that You have to use UV glue to glue it back again !

I have bought a tube of UV glue and there is the text saying that the glue will harden WHEN You go out in the sun ( if it is cloudy it will take longer time! )

So put the glue on the cyclop and the see that it is perfectly centered over the datewindow and then go out in the sun to get the glue to harden fully!

My question is : IF the glue will be 100 % invisible when You press the cyclop back again?
