Impatient is one thing but ignore customers's emails for days is another. I wanted the dealer to be upfront with me. Jay did not tell me that the movement is on back order until a week later when i pm'ed him to ask for tracking number. If Jay is a trusted dealer then he should have been more responsive to the customer (whethere this is his part time job or not, he is not doing this for free). His profit margin is much better than Ruby but ruby's service is ten times better IMHO.

jay promised me if the watch did not ship by Monday he'll refund me the money but today is tuesday and i did not get my refund and he did not answer for 3 days now. Maybe i am a small fish in the pond but this kind of service will not get my business anymore. I am better off staying with joshua,king,Ruby from now on because they always keep you informed.

So what is going on with Jay these day. Has new order been shipped? it has been almost two weeks for me and i have not gotten any tracking number.

I gave my dad a rep LV swiss eta and he told me the watch runs at least 5 minutes fast, How do i ajust it? Any help is much appreciated

After waited for 8 days i sent email to ask him this morning for the tracking number he told me he is out of movement. I am a bit disappointed.

Would you mind pm me some info as how to get them. I would like very much to have those too to complete my collection.
