Ok so my friend just picked up a new car, its a cadillac cts-v pretty much a CTS with a corvette Z06 engine. 400BHP, its scary fast. His birthday is around the corner and I want to get him the perfect rep to go with his hot new car, any ideas? Respectfully, David

That tag is as genuine as it gets, although the off center logo makes it look a little off...It's my fathers old watch, hes a retired lawyer practiced law forclose to 40 years...He has 3 gen rolex's I doubt hed sport a fake tag...I actually just asked him about it he said he purchased it on a cruise in 87'

To be honest, I love reps and all but if im gona spend $1500 id rather get a gen watch with a warrant than a rep with none...Anyways my 2tone daytona will be coming in a few days, and I ordered the noobmariner and explorer 2 from trustytime for a friends birthday, I think it will make a great gift! Whichever 1 I like more between the sub and explorer ill give him the other 1 and im sure hell love it! Respectfully, David

Back in the day when rolex came out with a 'creme' colored explorer what they did is leave a white dial in the sun for awhile (i read in this on another thread here) so im thinking the damage is due to the excessive sunlight, i could be wrong tho

nonono i paid 300 for the daytona i would never pay more than 300 for any rep :-)

just ordered the 2 tone daytona from andrew, how long does delivery usually take? also, when I do recieve it - is it bad to leave the chronos running all the time because I like having the second hand sweeping all the time, will it shorten the life span of the watch?

i kinda like my version better in that respect...my 3 chrono is the date, does andrews not have a date? either way im still getting andrews 2 tone cause its a better rep all around

interesting...so the main second hand is always @ 12 o clock? but the minute and hour hand function normally? is there a way to just have it function like a normal watch with the main second hand always sweeping? and is there a date chrono on andrews?

yes the 6 subdial just mimics the main second hand..whats the 9 subdial supposed to be?

the second hand is sweeping as it should...the 9 chrono stays still @ 12 does not move whatsoever, the 6 chrono sweeps similtaniously with the main second hand and just mimics the main second hand, the 3 chrono is the date

Nothing happens to the 6 chrono wehn the either of the buttons are pushed...It just sweeps the same as the main second hand, example when the main second hand is @ 8oclock, the chrono @ 6 is @ 8 oclock too...look at the first pics i posted and youll see what i mean
