the movt. is too thin to fit in the case? how did ubi do it? i just feel like i cant pass this up for the price this guy is willing to sell it to me for, worst case scenario i sell it to somone on the forums im sure someone will want it...check pm bytor

It is 100% gen ive seen pics, the guy doesnt realize how much the movt is worth, as he reffered to it as a "dial with mechanics"... will it fit in my case?

I really need an answer to this ASAP, i came across an offer I cant refuse a gen dial and movement, hands for a unbelievable price and I need to know if it will fit in my case before I send the payment out...Any takers?

Just wondering if a gen dial and movement will fit in my daytona from trustytime? also how about a gen dj dial in my rep DJ?

My growing collection of reps and gens...Laying vertically on the left is my Bulova Calander Moonphase (gen), top row - Daytona (black), Daytona (white), Submariner, Blue Vignette Day Date, Black Datejust, bottom row - brietling CSO, Tag Aquaracer 2000 (gen), Movado Sport (gen), bottom drawer - Swiss Army Officers 1887( gen), gen skagen 2 tone, and fossil (white dial)...2 tone daytona is not in box group shot as it is being serviced by andrew hes replacing the crown and spring it was stuck... Last spot in the box is reserved for a PAM 005 which is otw...Cant wait...

How does the synthetic sapphire stack up to sapphire? Is there any AR on the synthetic? I just ordered 1 from andrew the 005 for $128 w/ synthetic saph, brown leather strap, a21 jewel...Cant wait to get it, will post pics as soon as I do.I have a small wrist, can u get those leather straps tight around the wrist? Every single watch I own is SS band :-X 1 more pillow left...barely and its reserved for the pam , than I gotta get a bigger case..mabye ill get a case for my gens and a case for my reps...

I didnt ignore you! Having a ton of 3 # combos flying at you is confusing...I like the 090 but the power reserve adds alot to the watch..how is the stock lume on these? And whats preferrd, asian 21, or unitas?

Thanks everyone, some great suggestions...I do like the running seconds feature, I want to get something normal and plain, no chronos..I have enough chrono's..Think I will probbably start with the 111, havent made up my mind 100% yet tho...

Been collecting for awhile now and I have always wanted to get a panerai just never got around to it, im beggining to like them more and more...any suggestions as to what should be my first? I like the 111, the 005, what are some others? Thanks in advance~

Thanks black, what if I were to get a dial to match my other 2, and than swapped the movt in.? I dont get what ur saying about moving the subdials, they are all in the correct spots, just faux chronos, and they added an extra gear to get the second hand in sync with the 6 subdial, but taking the movt out and swapping in a val 7750 would solve this, no?

Thanks offshore that was a very good/informative post...I tried searching these forums for waterproofing but literally nothing relevant came up thanks again...How about my ? about swapping a val 7750 movement into that white daytona to make the chronos work, possible?

also, would it be possible to swap a val 7750 movement into that white daytona and make the chronos function, and pusher's? if so, who can do this for me, and for aprox. how much? also was thinking a gen dial or at least a white dial to match the other 2...besides the 3,6,9 markers and subdial spacing its not horrible it just annoys me cause its not nearclt as accure like the others...

So you guys are saying theres no such thing as waterproofing? On TT under watch service, theres for 50$ waterproofing for up to 50m...It wouldnt hurt to try that on 1 of my watches to see how effective it is..?Any experience?

Just wondering how water resistant andrew's daytonas are, if anyone has had experience with them stock...swimming, showering..etc I would like to hear about it because im always nervous and I never let it come in contact with water... Im probbably going to have a group of 5 or 6 watches sent out to andrew for waterproofing and hes hopefully gonna cut me some kind of deal on a bulk waterproofing... my 3 daytonas ^^ Thanks in advance! -Dave
