I'm telling you dude there was a whole discussion on it. Now that I think about it, it was on one of the other forums. Figured I'd take care of family first.

I went to the AD today to look at the graphite BCE, with the word automatic in red. I finally found one and the rehaut is NOT black on this watch, it is graphite like the dial. The grey dial however with black subdials does have a black rehaut. Just a FYI, I too thought about investigating changing mines. $5,100 USD retail BTW. I had to go to 3 AD's to find the watch and even the one they let me try on has already been sold. They can't keep this watch in stock.

LOL, This one might exceed the Pugmariner, formerly known as THE original Noobmariner, the watch that coined the name that is famous among the Sub reps.

I've seen other forums enforce the "you can't sell it for more than you paid", for profit. I'm assuming we don't do that here. If you find a buyer I guess it is between the seller and the buyer. I just "window shop" those watches.

Double AR is like HDTV. You can't hide the imperfections. I'm not saying this watch has imperfections, just saying that double AR brings out the dial so vividly, so good thing reps have improved over the last 3-4 years. This would of been a total disaster back in the day when reps were real $hitty.

Ok I know I'm getting old and the eyes like to play tricks on me....but are those bezels engraved? Is this the ceramic bezel I've been hearing about? If it is I may like those but as for the rest........(throwing up in my mouth)

I may just get Jetmid engraved on my ring!

Actually the new AR by chieftang is colorless. You can however request the blue tint AR if you like. I believe k2222 also does the colorless AR. This is a shameless plug but check it out here and a technical explanation here.

Ok let me say one more thing.... This was the project that drove me from the old RWG. I didn't lose money but I lost friends and I would of preferred losing the money. Plus jetmid promised me a ride in his plane and left me hanging!!!!! I will try my best for this watch, it would kinda be like going full circle. If anything the proceeds go to help someone in need. It was hard but we as a group came out the other side better and stronger. Sorry newbies, you had to be there. It was the WILD WILD WEST in them thar days.

Funny how they numbered it 100/014 instead of 014/100. Just the mere fact they got built was amazing. We'll let some other members join in archibald but I'll be back....

Someone at work goes "that must be fake" when I wore my MBK Sub TT one day. The watch has been modded with a gen dial and insert and the bracelet upgraded so he was just being a smarta$$. He wouldn't know a fake if I smacked him with it. Needless to say I take the watch off hand it to him and state the truth that it is indeed a replica watch. After careful examination, he proceeds to argue with me that it is real and I must make way more money than him. (I'm sure I do, he's a moron) Now he bugs me everyday about "hooking him up". I have the gen Fiero and have never been able to find a rep of it. Not to say it doesn't exist but the gen is made of tungsten carbide which gives off a different color than stainless steel so that would be a major tell. When I bought it the AD whipped out his car keys and started trying to seriously scratch this $2,500 watch. Not a single mark on it but I still took the other one in the display case.

Looks like a v1 to me. Great looking date window though, on some the interior box is too bold. It should be thin like yours and the outside box thicker.

For my own knowledge, what is the difference between the Chronomat and the Chronomat Evolution? Great looking gen and now papers to boot.
