Thanks to rocket754, I am the owner of a beautiful ultimate BCE already modded with a lello DW. This is my first Breitling and I am very impressed with them. I am interested in the Blackbird but here is my issue.... Does any of our dealers sell one with the CORRECT pearl placement? I know the first ones had that serious flaw and I still see it on some of the pics on dealer sites. I'd love to partner my BCE with a Blackbird but the pearl placement would drive me crazy. Both watches appear to have the same bezel other than the shiny vs. brushed finish. Can a gen bezel be fitted to the Blackbird?

Thanks drew. With your sweet Breitlings I'm humbled that you're impressed. I recently added a gen bracelet too. Until my fiddy is built later this year, this is my most expensive rep. 1.5k usd. The fiddy movement alone was 2k so that project will probably hit 2.6k

This is the finished product using all the mods I mentioned. Gen bezel excluded.

The following gen mods will work on the UPO. Not sure about the UPO Lite. Crystal Dial Crown and tube (at a minimum this is a must) Hands (all of them) Insert (with Ofrei the bezel/insert is a package deal, you CANNOT use the bezel)

Very nice. How is the color of the dial in comparison to the gen? I've heard people say sometimes a rep is too blue, or too purple.

I would say because it is a rep that has been repped. How many reps can say that? I would also add the "closed factory" Omega Electric Blue to the list. It obsessed me so bad I bought the gen.
