  1. but having problems. I get to the subscription page and choose my subscription then click the "Continue to select a payment method..." button, I'm prompted to login again, do that, then get a page with the following error "You did not select a subscription package. Please go back and select one before continuing.". If I use the "Go Back" link it just prompts me to login again and never takes me anywhere. What am I missing? Cheers! Kirk
  2. Yeah... I normally don't travel with that many but I was in Vegas for 9 days of business/pleasure and figured I'd use 'em. I just console myself with the thought of whoever has them taking them somewhere to sell/pawn them thinking they're going to get thousands of $$$ and being sorely disappointed. Maybe after trying to sell a few and discovering they're fake they won't even make it to trying to sell the gen Omega. Cheers! Kirk
  3. Should be able to as I have all paperwork and receipts on it... going to call them tomorrow.
  4. got home and found that I didn't have my watch case with me (6 watch travel case that my wife got for me). I know exactly where I left it... I was packing and took it out and placed it on a cabinet in the bedroom closet... forgot to put it back in suitcase. Anyway, called Wynn security after getting home and housekeeping hadn't turned anything in... they talked to the girl who cleaned the suite after I left and she claims that she didn't find anything... it now has new occupants. I have a feeling that I'm never going to see the watches again... here's what I've lost.... SS IWC Inge IWC GST Titanium PAM 172 on a Europelli Blue Stitch Cordovan strap PAM 127 (latest from Josh) on a Europelli strap Genuine Omega Speedmaster Schumacher Fortunately I was wearing my new IWC AMG Titanium on nylon strap from River so I've still got that one. Crappy way to end a great trip.... just thought I'd share my sorrow with the group. Cheers! Kirk
  5. DOH! Okay, I'm an idiot... I was depressing the button but wasn't pushing the pin out... was just trying to pull the bracelet away from the case... completely forgot about pushing out the pin... thanks so much! Cheers! Kirk
  6. Thanks for the reply. Here's a picture of the pin I'm pressing in... I'm using the tool that came with the watch and it seems to be depressing fully but the bracelet won't budge... is there a springbar that I'm missing? Cheers! Kirk
  7. This is great news lello... sure hope this DW project comes to life Cheers! Kirk
  8. Need to replace the bracelet on my Inge Ti AMG with the nylon strap. I've replaced links on the bracelet before and never had a problem using the little "poker" that came with the watch... but trying to remove the bracelet by pushing in the little catch like I did when removing a link doesn't seem to be working... is there a trick to it that I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers! Kirk
  9. It can be yours for $4k... I've been going back looking at it all day trying to convince myself that it would be the perfect traveling partner for my upcoming Vegas trip... must put the credit card away now... http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t=tre...93469&rid=0 Cheers! Kirk
  10. Thinking of buying this and just wondering what size it is. Wrist is right at 8" and wondering if this will fit alright. Cheers! Kirk
  11. This is GREAT news... been waiting for an AMG in titanium. Thanks for the info. Cheers! Kirk
  12. God that sounds good. This is going to be a most boring night for us as I'm down with the flu. Much different than the past few years which we've spent in Las Vegas. Tonight it's chicken soup and perhaps a sip of champagne at midnight. Happy New Year to all here. Hope that it's prosperous and peaceful. Cheers! Kirk
  13. Wichita? Would that be Wichita, KS.? That's where I'm from originally. Cheers! Kirk
  14. Just right-click on the .mp3 file and download it to your computer. You can then use any player to listen to it (iTunes, Windows Media Player, VLC, etc...). Cheers! Kirk
  15. Wow... I didn't even know that this existed. It is now subscribed to in iTunes. Excellent job! Cheers! Kirk

RobbieG: Have you confirmed that the hands that come on the GST Titanium will swap directly onto an ETA 7750? If so then that is definitely the way I'm going to go with mine. Cheers! Kirk
  17. I really like this watch but am a bit skittish about pulling the trigger due to the running seconds @ 6 issue. I have one of the infamous seconds @ 6 Daytonas sitting in my box dead right now and really would like to avoid a repeat. I know that the Daytona had 11 extra gears to make it work and used the older 7750 movement. Would you say the fact that this watch is using the new 28.8 movement bodes better for reliability? Anyone know what kind of mods they had to do to get the seconds running at 6 on this model? edit: btw... I agree chrgod... I like the strap and the watch separately... but together... not so much. Cheers! Kirk
  18. The spacing on those subdials sure don't look right to me... No box... No papers. http://tinyurl.com/y84g7w Cheers! Kirk
  19. Thanks for the reply. I'll try the toothpick trick this evening... hopefully it's just the screws that have stripped and not the case. Thanks for the tip on spring bars from River too. Cheers! Kirk
  20. You might want to check out the Poor Man's Watch Forum. They have a Sales Forum and a section titled Best 20 Poor Man Watches that you might find interesting. Cheers! Kirk
  21. Agree... the original INGE date font is not that bad and looks like lello is coming out with a fix for that anyway... the AMG being constructed of SS instead of Titanium is a much worse flaw than any datewheel font issues IMHO. While we're talking about this I'll just add that I really wish they would come out with a better version of the AMG as I do like that dial better than the original. Cheers! Kirk
  22. Congratulations! Beautiful watch. Cheers! Kirk
  23. I have a PAM127 from Joshua... latest version with the swan neck. I had an older 127 from EL and on that one the strap simply unscrewed from the case. I went to change the strap on this one and it looks like it's the same but when I try to unscrew it the screw just turns freely... whether I'm loosening or tightening. This behavior is the same for both screws... just wondering if I'm missing something here or if I have a problem and if it is broken how I would go about getting something like this fixed. Any advice greatly appreciated. Cheers! Kirk
  24. Darn... oh well... guess I'm just gonna have to buy a chrono now Cheers! Kirk
  25. I really want one of these. Just need someone to rep that in-house movement
