In my search for my first gen Panerai I've spend many hours looking around.
Should I go for the Historic or Submersible...
I can take a PAM 112i BNIB not from the AD for €2700 , do you guys think this is a good deal?
The reason for having an open caseback is that the reps are easy to spot the flaws...dagger, engraving/blue colour of "OFFICINE PANERAI" and quality of the CDG.
I've been thinking about this too.
This is my plan, should I be in S'pore or Hong Kong I'll purchase the pam, send all the boxes and accesories by mail back home, wear my pam on the wrist when flying back...ask for a tax refund at the airport and mail the receipt back home before I'm in the plane.
Yeah it's really confusing, I thought that all gen 063 had the shorter hands.
Either this P'risti is selling a fake or we have two different kind of 063's hands in the gens.
I've been looking at some 063 from a dealer in the Netherlands and at the Paneristi site.
Both the watches are from the C series (that's what they say), but the hands are different in size.
Can someone explain this?
From Steinerwatches (hands are shorter)
From a Paneristi (hands are longer)
