  1. I think I read somewhere that DSN wouldn't be making the 312...
  2. In the collectors section here ya go http://www.rwgforum.com/forum/63-narikaa/
  3. PVD PAM's are awesome to try with different straps Mustard calf from StrapWorks Frogman Pre-V strap Mario Paci 1938 Vintage
  4. Interesting info...a slightly bigger bracelet on the DSSD is def. an improvement, ceramic midlinks hmmmmm not sure how that would look
  5. As far as I know the 6497 is designed with a power reserve around 48 hours, as said above wind it untill you feel resistence. I don't think there is a true ETA6497 in PAMS, at most they're ETA based, the mainplate is usually ETA. A power reserve of around 36+ hours is pretty normal for 6497's.
  6. I believe all the dealers here can source the Sub 116619. They're available with the clone 2836 and ETA 2836 Not all the reps have the glide lock glasp however, be sure to ask the dealer! The blue Sub is not everybodys taste but I like it a lot, it has the oversize case, maxi dial and hands and seems to be pretty well built. With the bezel paint mod, see Gioarmani's tutorial, it's pretty glose to gen I think.
  7. Finally I can wear my Daytona again...after servicing, graphite mod and replacement of the subdial hands it's back
  8. One of my first reps and still going strong...cheapo submariner, amazing value at $100
  9. Another day at the office with the PAM183
  10. Wearing the BCE...contemplating wether or not to sell this one....
  11. I'm more of a tan strap kinda of guy....although the 312 doesn't look that bad on a wiskey coloured strap
  12. I'll bet there's another box inside that box and inside that box a rosewood box.....
  13. It's not a company name and I assume it's the recipients PO box....not 100% sure offcourse. Also do I need a phone no. of the recipient on the package?
  14. Do any of you have experience with sending reps overseas, Australia in my case, to a PO box....? I'll be sending it with track&trace and offcourse the package needs signing for. I remember a dealer, don't remember who, saying it is a royal PITA to send items to PO boxes. Could really use your input on this.
  15. How about this one....not only not quite the looker but also rather poorly put together
  16. Some shots of the PAM312 movement....plus a few macro attempts
