  1. Buy the one you like best!!!
  2. Interesting watch, if a full size version comes out I'd consider getting one and sending it out for PVD.
  3. Yep 54 is down right now. What a joke, TC should just sell Dirk-a-like straps, it's not like everyone doesn't know Dirk is Dirk and TC Dirk is E. I'm pretty sure most of his business from genuine panerai owners comes thru the forums so he's cutting his own throat. While the rep panerai owners wouldn't care if it was a rep dirk as long as it looks like, feels like and costs less than a real Dirk... Oh well as the strap world turns....
  4. Awesome!!! Great watch Quarks, Great work The Zigmeister (as usual ) Mine will be on it's way in a bit, I can't wait to see her glow like my 127. Thanks for posting picts quarks!
  5. I agree with Kruzer, I got the asian version and would jump on a swiss 7753 version. The 187 is a great watch, it truly looks awesome. The QC on this is very high. The case back even has a double o-ring seal like the genuine 187. My only wish would have been for better lume on the dial but I'll have that fixed soon enough. Price is high but for me it was worth it.
  6. A rep 187 rubber strap will fit the fiddy.
  7. IMO if someone likes to wear his/her watch over the sleeve then do it, life is too short to worry about how other perceive us... That said I think it looks ridicules
  8. I never even got to bet and lost all mine...
  9. I'd say my 187 is as good as I've seen out of the box, only thing to do is lume and service the movement which is a personal choice not a real need...
  10. Thanks! great reference
  11. They can scratch it's just harder to do, I've scratched a genuine Sub in the past so it can happen.
  12. Speaking of Philippe Dufour he makes a double escapement; it is similar to a tourbillon as it is made to defeat the effects of gravity but is harder to make.
  13. If you are interested in watching these being made watch "Masters of Time: A Complex Clockwork World" on HDnet. You can see Antoine Preziuso make Opus II and another watch (forget the name) in HD... It was a great show. edit** Philippe Dufour also makes a watch called Simplicity on the show.
  14. Patek Philippe's 10 Day Tourbillon is behin the dial I believe...
  15. I honestly don't see the appeal of Tourbillons in watches. I know that is sacrilege to many but to me they take away from the beauty of the dial, I am more of a minimalist...
  16. My fav is a Tan MP1.
  17. I'd take one for sure...
  18. Swimming, showering yes... Diving no...
  19. High quality, accurate, full size, Breitling Super Avenger...
  20. I'll cost alot more than $14 to send $900 via WU for our transactions. If it is send via WU "Direct to Bank" or "Money in Minutes" it'll cost between $65 and $81 even quick collect would cost $35...
  21. I got mine yesterday; all I can say is amazing! I echo everything said about this rep by the others that have gotten theirs. Very good quality control on this watch. The only negative I can see so far is the poor dial lume which is par for the course in the rep world, but I can fix that with a trip to the Ziggman. I’ll post some pictures later today or tomorrow. This is a must have watch for sure!!!
  22. I have two: pam127, pam187 I just got the 187 so it's hard to say how I'll like it months from now but right now I love it. As for the fiddy well, she is something special.
  23. fiddy, but I like that other one too... just not as much
