  1. Agree... The 089 is a good watch. Forget the Breitling, too many flaws. As for IWC Ingenieur, this is the only model missing on my IWC collection (Ti AMG non chrono). I don't know why, it doesn't attract me as much as the other 3 Ingenieur reps.
  2. Agree, we are way off topic Ok. I will do my best this weekend. Been raining all day and low light. Hard to take pictures. Anyway on this PD, I agree it is a nice replica. You can say that it's a super rep (just look at the detailed rotor, hands, dial). Too bad that the rep maker didn't really think about "investing" more on the lume. Even if the charge extra (let say 1g Superluminova to the buyer, I am sure many wouldn't mind). 1g can lume lots of stuff. maybe 20 of this watch.
  3. maybe availability of technical drawings? Well... Most of the Sinn parts aren't made in China.
  4. Ok! Just to confirm because mine smells of something I can't tell. Anyway, the clasp on this PP is a weak part. Mine opens pretty easily. Gotta write of detailed review on this watch.
  5. Yes... Sinn U1000S is 3000Eur +. The main selling point of the gen is really the "quality and usability". You get a lot for your money on Sinn watches.
  6. anyway, a bit off topic. Is the rubber strap on Paul Picot smells of something? Lume on replica is standard rep lume. It's not bad on the hands (more lume mass) but dial lume is not that good. It seems that the gen uses C3 Superluminova based on your pictures.
  7. I used to own 756 a year ago. I can tell you that the quality is excellent. You are getting a lot for your money. To me, the 2 subdials design is a nice one, although it is at an expense of running second hand. Testing for accuracy on this watch is pretty difficult. I would say mine is within COSC standard but can't tell for sure (it doesn't come with COSC certificate but it's DIN8310 certified). Now I own Sinn 203 Ti Jubil
  8. I just received my PD Flat Six yesterday. Same combo, silver chrono second hand. Lume sux but I agree it's a nice watch. IMHO the rubber strap is overrated on this piece. I think IWC Cousteau Divers rubber is better than this.
  9. Sweet tour, Laz! I hope you will do the same on my watches Hope you get the Slevin and 5513 fast.
  10. Ah OK! Just seen mine. It's the old case with thicker bezel, double radius. Serial is G1128/1200 It seems that this rep may have random serial number. I have seen King's site. It's new version but it has different serial number. I will try to take profile shot tomorrow.
  11. To me... The gen just screams quality. Seen it at Baselworld. Pictures doesn't do justice to this watch. The dial doesn't look small at all. It looks Breitlingish IMHO. You get better deal in genuine Avenger Seawolf Ti. If money is not a problem, this SD is for you.
  12. Whois located in UK: Technical Contact: iFastNet Internet Administrator Administrator (hostorgadmin@googlemail.com) +44.1912478100 Fax: +44.1912478100 27 Old Gloucester Street London, STATE WC1N3XX GB Well... Don't ever say that we don't warn you. The fact is all watches shipped from Switzerland is VERY FISHY.
  13. Mate... forget it. It's something really fishy. The time given is too small... What make you sure that they will ship on time? Why this guy doesn't provide his bank account? Especially if you're in EU, I will insist on bank transfer.
  14. You just need to have 2 satellite lock on your GPS for the timing to be correct. Usually I will set it to my computer time (sync thru time.nist.gov).
  15. Have heard stories about him too. He did finally refund the transaction but that took months. For me, my dealing was getting a used genuine watch from him. Waited for weeks... Finally got it, due to moving out issue. Was scared that I may have been scammed. The watch is OK but poor communication is not OK. Called him on his mobile, didn't pick up. Finally SMSed him and he replied.
  16. Yes, I have been longing for this one too... Maybe
  17. I will be very very worried buying from such website. You never know what/when will you get the goods. The pictures are of gen watch but it doesn't warrant you'll get that watch.
  18. If I remember correctly, it has got to do with printing on the bezel? Caseback maybe different too. I have a G1128/1200 (recently bought). At that time, they don't use the G series, no? Anyway, this one is for pictures. Please let me know what are the differences too. I am very interested. Maybe the DW printing also? The newer one comes with much bolder font. I have heard that the old version has low beat Asian 7750 too. I have check the movement retainer ring. There is not "extender" for date pusher so this piece can't have ETA7753 transplanted.
  19. It may have came with the lume already. Recent thread suggests that there are 3717 reps with lumed numbers as well.
  20. This is definitely a rep with relume job. The triangle looks still pretty small. ... not mentioning date + daywheel swap and probably aftermarket AR Nice watch.
  21. ah yes... It looks slightly purplish, not blue I think. Have seen on 111h and g.
  22. The top 55 is kinda [censored]. You can read it if the first and last letters are in correct position and the letter(s) in between must be correct pertaining to that word (just jumbled).
  23. The VII that you are talking about is the same watch as watchmark is selling. My choice is still at V1
  24. Using AR from Jakub, previous AR. With the new one, no doubt it will even be much better... It's like you want to touch the dial but can't
  25. Agree on the Tuiga
