put srewdriver etc. between the gap and twist, so the gap gets more wide and locks better at the points thats circeled

quick fix: try to lift gently these wires that You see under the hole, if its not possible to lift them, then You have to open the cover and bend the wires to get them more close the hole above

You have to open the clasp and fix the "wire" that locks it, I will search if I have pictures of what I mean..
