So it snowed while the leaves were still green on the trees, right? Surreal.

BTW, those clouds? Classic mammatus (obviously).

Found out the hard way on a fishing trip to Alaska what those clouds mean. It means a drastic drop in temparature. Say from about 57 to 32 degrees celcius, if I recall correctly. Damn COLD experience! Beautiful clouds though. We don't get any snow clouds down here in South Louisiana, but we get some wicked looking clouds when our Hurricanes pay us a visit. Praying they stay away this year!!!!!!!!!!!

Rats... it warmed up and now it's 47F. Drat.

Ah well, I just have to be patient, winter IS coming!!!

It's 97F here, 100% humidity. Typical Louisiana day. Did I say celsius earlier? Well, you know what I mean, I hope!

Have had a few instances of snow here in Colorado during June. It's a rare occurance, but it's been known to happen (and then rebound into the upper 90's just a few days later)...

had a quick blast of snow here last nite... then woke up to a sunny day... started raining just after lunch... then started hailing.... then snowed... it has stopped for the time being... still quite windy and cold outside though...

thats why they say you get 4 seasons in a day in christchurch!
