kbh
I've heard lately that Chris @ Eurotimez still has some for sale. Give him a try.
Dudemeister
Before you go and get another DG4813, read my thread on the DG4813. The ones I bought from OFREI do not appear to be ticking at 8 ticks per second. They only manage 6 ticks per second like a 21,600BPH movement. DG4813 - 6 or 8 ticks per second? I'm not sure why that is, but the movement is a DG4813. AS for what other option there are, I would suggest an ETA 2824-2 or 2836-2. They do not require you to change the stems or canons. The only problem you may have is the diameter of the minute and seconds hand shaft holes. The DG2813/4813 are listed as 100/150/17, the ETA are 90/150/25. What I THINK that means is the hour hand fits fine, the minute hand is too loose, the seconds hand will be too tight. Someone who know please correct me if I'm wrong
FxrAndy
That is correct you will also find that the dial feet are in the wrong place
mastrmindalliance
Ok, is there any "straight swap" movement I can get?

jmb
This is just getting more aggravating by the minute... I have e-mailed Chris to see if they still have them for sale and I missed the mailman today and got a note my ofrei order came in so I guess my noob will get a 2813 on Monday. Hell, at least I'll be able to wear it... :-p I've ordered a no-date Sub so I suppose I can use one of my "worthless" maybe high-beat 4813s in it as I can use a thin dial spacer because of no date-wheel w/overlay. Someone who know please correct me if I'm wrong Interesting read, so maybe I should save myself the pain and just straight swap with a new dg2813. I'll compare beats (from memory) when my new ETA rep arrives. I'm undecided about dealing with ETZ again. Now that I've read/know a lot more, it's become clear that my N00bmariner is an absolute dud, with so many flaws that shouldn't have been cleared by QC. In fact, it's obvious that the check list it arrived with was just filled out favourably regardless. It has very little in common with the n00b reviewed by By-Tor. Thanks for all the input guys, much appreciated.
jmb
My noob looked fantastic but only ran for about a day before it started stopping. I was informed (and had confirmed) that the noob movement was pretty much "bottom of the barrel" as far as quality and reliability is concerned. djscotie
If anyone in the UK wants to order a 4813 I am willing to place an order with Eurotimez and we could split the shipping cost to decrease the overall cost of the movement. I am wanting to swap out the 2813 from my Milgauss for one.
jmb
I am ordering two from eurotimez. They confirm they have the correct high pinion movement and also that it is a 28,800 VPH movement.
EuroTimez
Hi we got them def with High-Cannon Pin, 28.8k fresh and new it's in my rolex section.. you can order it directly from the webstore... it's a direct swap from the 2813, had my watchmaker do it countless times! The thing is I cannot define in my webstore shipping per indivual item as a computer cannot recongize how big or small it is, so we coded it a on flat based + every next item basis.... And it's not 15usd per movement on shipping currently, it's 15usd + 5 usd every next item = which is standard default for Registered airmail. What we can do is if you buy multiple we can reduce the shipping cost or keep it at 15 usd (you have to manually e-mail us to edit your order / after placing it of course) This is for packing/shipping and also paypal/creditcard fees, and other fees are incl in the shipping price nowadays.
