Toadtorrent
Since you're lookin at the 21js', your choices are nill! I'm not so sure on that. There are quite a few bargain A21j PVD watches: Sinn U1 Rolex Milgauss Pro-Hunter Rolex DSSD Pro-Hunter Jacques Piccard LE B&R BR02 Instrument PVD seriesAll these can be had for <$150 USD in the Asain 2813 or generic a21j versions. mastrmindalliance
Out of the six reps I received since arriving here the PVD Sinn U1 is perhaps the best build quality of the bunch. (well a toss-up between it and the DSSD ultimate). It's solid, substantial and very cool. I own many gens and it feels gen - seriously. Also, while choosing it from Josh, I noticed he has the 2813 version on a special deal - no shipping charge.

Nightwatch
The sinn U1 gives problems with the 21j (too heavy seconds hand, heavy stuttering and stopping, overworks the movement) the U2 is fine. (read about it) I´m quite happy with the Piccard DSSD, impressive watch.
