Your thoughts & opinions please.

I thought I'd try some stitching on a butter-soft strap to see how it wears.

For me, this type of strap it way too much and I prefer a simple stitched strap.

So I thought I'd ask you all for your opinions.

Would you wear this type of strap?

Do you like "heavily" stitched straps?

All thoughts and opinions appreciated.

Cheers as always,

Bob

(Overlook the faults as it's a prototype!)

Personally dont like the stitching, I have one similar but no stitching if I was to have it then it would have to be a dark stitch. Certainly if you like the contrast then a dark khaki or buff colour would look better IMHO.

hello, first of all real nice work you did and this earns respect :)

but i personally dont like this kinda stiching, it looks too old for me and its simply too much on a strap...dont know :D i prefer the simple stiching straight in a line, and i would not wear them..specialy not on a 111, but maybe ona real vintage pam it will look good.

so dont get me wrong mate, but you wanted oppinions so i gave it too ya :) but the watch is nice :thumbsupsmileyanim:

Thank you all for your honesty, it's what I asked for and expected. :thumbsupsmileyanim:

As you will read in my opening post I too believe it too busy and stitch heavy.

And as the majority thinks the same I will not be turning these babies out in the 100s. :D

Instead I will stick with what appeals to my tastes.

Thanks again.

Bob
