stilty
you should run down and make an offer in person with cash in hand. money talks and you could get them at a good price.
vlydog
Try it. I did a cash in hand offer and saved considerably on a Rolex part; deal was done on the NYS thruway.

ubiquitous
Whoa- They have a 7032 Homeplate MC! Quite the rarity in and of itself! I might have to swing by as well to see if I can have a look!
highoeyazmuhudee
what makes that tudor $20K ?
ubiquitous
what makes that tudor $20K ? Rarity, for one. They were not hot sellers in their time, so there are very few in actual circulation. The basis of value is of course market force; these are highly sought after by collectors who are willing to pay the price. These 7031 and 7032 Monte Carlos do not turn up often; think of them as the Paul Newman Daytona equivalent of Tudors...
JoJo35
IMO, the Tudor is great for someone who already has a 62XX, and wants to further their collection. Otherwise (and IMO again), it just doesn't make sense not to ante up and buy a real Daytona or Cosmograph
