redwatch
Yup....real watch......but real ugly too! Omega makes some amazing watches. But then, they've had a bad habit of making some pretty hideous versions of their speedmasters.
Toadtorrent
There was a REALLY crappy rep of it made...just solid red, blue white sub registers...HORRIBLE. The real one in person isn't bad...a little too "faddish" for me though.
lhooq
The gen "Moon to Mars" is one of the ugliest special edition Speedies ever put together. In person (and you don't even have to be too close to notice), the dial looks as if someone cut pictures out of a National Geographic and glued them on. Seriously, the print quality is that grainy. And even if the quality was improved, I don't find the aesthetics especially pleasant. Give me a Gemini 4 edition, or maybe one of those new meteorite-dialed Apollo-Soyuz models, instead. That is for sure. I cannot believe how they flog that model to death with bad "special editions"! Special is right
nakortheblue
mmm... The meteorite dials are simply amazing... I don't think we will ever see a rep of that! HauteHippie
http://www.watchestobuy.com/images/OmegaSpeedmasterThreeMoonb.JPG Is there even such a watch!? Yep. It's not so bad looking in person. I actually like it. But if I had the ~$4K burning a hole in my pocket, it wouldn't be near the top of my list either. Too much of a novelty.
