P4GTR
You know we are all watch crazy, taking pictures of our watches on our trips and adventures. Post some of your watches as they were with you along your travels. My first gen, in my first place I lived on my own. Sitting at the bar on a cruise with a martini and my Sub. First cruise, first rep. At the range... At sea, again. This time with my old 177H. This one speaks for itself... At the Four Seasons, NYC. After bringing this home from the Tourneau across the street. It was my honeymoon.
RobbieG
Cool stuff D. Did you buy my old super modded 177? I can't recall if that was you or not. I have never been much for taking pics of watches when I'm away. I usually just shoot them in my office while bored waiting for trade setups in my pajamas like Hef. Oh wait, here is a journey shot I found. On my way to Publix up the street from my office to get a sandwich in my everyday beater the mighty Mini. chrgod
I recently showed these pictures in another thread, but I suppose they fit to the theme here also. This is my Gen Omega Seamaster Pro Chronograph enjoying the view from Rockefeller Centre in New York. Empire State Builiding straight ahead, looking down Manhattan. The Statue of Liberty can be seen on Liberty Island far away to the right Visiting the Intrepid, a WW2 & Korea war Aircraft Carrier which is a museum on Manhattan. lhooq
Omega Deermaster in Nara: LLD in Singapore, on the day that I bought it. Bonus points for the right answer: What am I eating? Extra bonus points for Singaporeans: Where am I eating? I don't regularly wear either on NATOs, but it gets pretty darn hot in Asia. The day before I took that deer pic, I permanently damaged my Hirsch calfskin strap with salty sweat.
TeeJay
Taken a few years back at the beach in Aguillas, Spain. To all who say not to get reps wet: This is the place itself: The following year, we went back to Spain for my 30th birthday All the tens on the day, over breakfast coffee (I kept the phone on UK timezone) Time for cerveza lunch On the way to where I got married: Taken the day after, still one of my favorite watch shots Interlude: I miss this one, I really ought to get a replacement... This one was purchased for a planned auction for my best friend/brother's stag night (auction never took place, so I wound up retaining the watch ) Getting ready to fly... In the hotel room before the stag got under way Room with a view: Wifey + Booze = Good times My bro before the ceremony... ... and afterwards with his bride After a while, the GMT started looking like this... ... then like this... Still working on this project (had planned since my own wedding) and this more recent project: and really enjoying wearing this Putting the Tropic-style to the test (by the inlaw's pool )
