Name this crown? Gen? 702?

I bought a large lot of parts off of Ebay for $20 to scrounge an Omega part I saw in the bunch. The goody bag had 5 identical Rolex crowns like below included. Doesn't fit the 703 tube and has threads about half way up on the inside. I assume a 702?

Yep. 702 has threads starting at the opening. 703 has threads inside toward the cap.

A couple have the expected dings and I need to check the springs and that I can screw a stem in. PM me your address and I'll send one to you if they aren't crap.

BTW, is there an aftermarket tube available? People are very proud of their gen tubes.

Gen tubes are quite difficult to find; especially in NOS condition sealed in the little blister pack! Some ridiculous money being asked for those...

As for aftermarket; marsupilami has some that he had made. Quite nice!

Yeah, I bought from him and used on another project with a crown I actually paid for so I guess I'll go to the well again...... Haven't seen a Clark or Yuki or anything in other than 703 and just wondered if they were out there?

702 crowns are still pretty easy to find. It's the other part that's a [censored] to locate.

JaW has some gen 702 crown tubes price is $200+ one sold on the bay last night in decent condition with the accompanying crown for $23...and i was out at dinner. marsup' is the only aftermarket ones ive seen, own one myself, its very decent. im personally going to go vintage 703 crown, better water tightness and you can get an original tube for little money.
