Dizzy Posted November 30, 2010 Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 Like Freddy says its hard to tell from that angle... but it does look EXACTLY like my MBW1680 when I look at it from the same angle as the pic.... the crown doesnt matter because we all know you can put a gen crown and tube on just about any Submariner case. Ronin Posted November 30, 2010 Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 Bezel looks MBW, and it could be the lighting, but the datewheel is very 'dark' silver. Crystal and Crown = Gen. FxrAndy Posted November 30, 2010 Author Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 Another one At this angle it looks a little better but still low This is for sale on TZ UK, have a look dubvios story too, the only thing that looks odd is the crown pos, but that is about the hardest thing to change on an MBW case (i only know one person who has welded the hole and redrilled it to the correct height) Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and also look at the droop at the bottom of the crown guards Any one got an unmodded MBW that can photo the droop at the bottom of thre CGs and a gen to compare I would say this is a franken with an MBWcase heavily vintageised and I HOPE NO ONE FROM HERE Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
