chronoluvvv Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 very nice which phone are you using ?
FxrAndy Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 Looking good I took this one a couple of years ago with an Erricson phone
gianton Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 Great shots oompaloompa! These were taken with my iPhone 4:
Jkay Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 I agree. All any modern generation cell camera needs is a steady hand and appropriate light. If you hold a point and shoot camera at ams length in a poorly lit room, it's going to make a crap photo, too.

projectologist Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 These particular pics were taken with a Fuji FinePix S7000 or at least that's what the image data says.

projectologist Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 How can you see the image data? Image data can be viewed with most image processing software. In this case I opened the pics in Photoshop... click on "File", then "File Info", then "Camera Data 1". This will tell you the camera used, lens, f-stop, exposure time, ISO etc.
Katerchen Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 Hmm... Seems like all the makros are taken with a Fuji FinePix. Whats the story? George
gianton Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 Yes just checked this also, OP should remove this topic!
projectologist Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 For the record, the iPhone can get in close... This was taken last year with the 3G version... Recent with iPhone4...
gianton Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 Great shots, I am impressed by iPhone 4 camera too!
oompaloompa Posted December 17, 2010 Author Report Posted December 17, 2010 Thanks Project Guy. Your correct, the macros were taken with my $75 Fuji Finepics. I have over 750 pics in the folder that these were pulled from and should have paid closer attention to which were taken with the phone/camera. I have some other macro's similar to your IPhone pics that I will try to post if I can later today. Again, sorry for the misleading and erroneous information.
oompaloompa Posted December 17, 2010 Author Report Posted December 17, 2010 Here are a few I just took. poor lighting, holding the phone instead of using the small tripod I have for it. Sorry again for the misrepresentation! It was not intentional! And I still think the other pics are much more impressive than even the macro's!
