Martyd3
I am not 100% happy with my DSN 111h. I replaced the crown and CG, but the dial still lacks and the crystal is so-so. Would the dial and maybe the case from a 111j make a better watch? Here are some pics of my 111 as it is now. Thanks. Marty
polaris
Vac has a new dial $140 for dial and a little more for hands. Both lumed. For AR FineDD -EU Chief - US Taka - Singapore Th problem with getting a 111J is that it's rep lume. A step backwards. Also the cutouts of the top plate font are too thin. As it is though your 111h case is good. if you were to want a 111J case set I'd advise on waiting to see what Vac and Sead offer as their new modded 111s, selling your 111H(maybe keeping the CG and swiss movement if applicable), to offset the cost of a premodded watch. PeteM
Having had one of those in my hands I can relate to your question... However until I have the 111J in my hands I am not sure what is best, ask me on Wednesday
StormTooper4
It is a rep, so its unlikely that you'll ever be 100% Happy with it, The Crown and CG look OK , a Taka Crystal might be a worth while investment

Mine is a rep, and I'm 110% happy with it .. the extra 10% because of the money I saved by not buying a gen But then again, mine isn't a DSN, except for his older dial (EL case, T48SL crown, LH CG, NO H0035 back , etc).
