The hand stack usually has a pin opening for the hours hand that is much larger than the minutes hand. You might be able to find a hand from another movement that will fit your hours pin, Or you might be able to cut a minutes hand and solder onto an hours base, Or you might find a Yobokies hand that will work. Yeah it's possible to take a minute hand and resize it to fit the hour post... but then what? You put another minute hand on the minute post? Both hands are the same size?? A stealth no-brand base dial with stealth black lume, and a single sterling silver (or 18k gold) hour hand, that would look crazy!
