thewax Posted March 15, 2011 Report Posted March 15, 2011 I received my White Themes ROO from Joshua, and it's awesome. I've spend considerable time and $$ getting together the parts for my Franken project, but I ended-up damaging the bezel by bumping its edge . The damage is such an eyesore it's killing me (basically, it's flat-spot on the sharp bezel edge). I don't want to send the watch for mods until I get this problem resolved. Anyone have a similar problem? Suggestions please.

You could attempt to brush it out, but it's a pretty rough looking edge there. Post something on the Audemars sub-forum maybe some AP fans out there have an extra bezel lying around.

Anyway, if you really want to, you have to ask every dealer if he sells AP parts as spares....I don´t know any who does allthough I am a very good customer when it comes to AP. Theo
oberblender Posted March 16, 2011 Report Posted March 16, 2011 I'd take the bezel off, sand both sides with very fine grid sandpaper and then repolish it... it will look much better after that!
thewax Posted March 16, 2011 Author Report Posted March 16, 2011 I was successful in ordering a new bezel, although they are not exactly cheap. Anyway, I will likely swap the bezels and try to have to old one repaired somehow. Thanks for all the suggestions.
