Apparently the newer versions shipping with the latest 212/253 versions are the best quality straps + deployants, but the radius of curvature of the deployants is smaller than the older deployants. I know exactly what you mean though, a larger wrist is a bit flatter, and wearing a deployant all day really let's the ends dig in. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was going to just ask the same thing. thinking about sanding it down a bit with sand paper, or file.
