Guest Sql_pl
From what I have read on forums I understand that gen 78350 bracelets always have flat top 3s, have a look at this one: Aftermarket? Or maybe gens had rounded 3s sometimes as well?

flex
the flat 3 to me is a myth so I am not sure about that. I know it has been discussed at length that 93150 should have flat 3. but some dealers have been selling the round 3 for many years. Those aftermarket bracelets are easily identifiable if held in person. so I am confused.
jchurch
Has a flat three on the clasp lol... I am thinking they came with the rounded three on the bracelet but I don't know for sure.
wiesn089
Clasp and end links look fine, I don't know if that makes the bracelet correct, perhaps there have been some with these markings... Biggest questions for me is why does the seller think this thing is worth 50k?

wiesn089
Haha, yeah. Honestly, you can almost buy two of these in immaculate condition for 50k!
freddy333
A macro of the stamping would be helpful, but yours looks aftermarket. I have more experience with 7835s, so take this with a grain of salt, but I have only ever seen 78350s with flat-top 3s.
HauteHippie
It's not a Phong case there, is it??
centaur
At least that one has macros. Who wants to buy a 6538 with all shots far away? http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-Vintage-Submariner-Big-Crown-6538-1958-/300543413635
Dizzy
You can get these on VRF for $25-30k. Mike wood is selling one right now and it would be a good example from a reputable collector. I think hes asking $30k for his.

wiesn089
I'm with Chief here, lugs look a little bit long, definitely not a watch I would consider. edit.: On a second look they don't look too bad, I wouldn't buy it anyway.
