Henry is good but nothing he offers you cannot find from other dealers. his srevice is a little bit more expensive than the trusted dealers also. I'd assumed, that the black background pics, are just stock pics, of the watches he can get, versus the pics on white background with his email, are watches he has actually sold (and therefore able to take pics of) I may be totally off, but I seem to see the same "stock pics on black background" at a lot of TD's and non TD sights. No QC at all. could be a drop shipper, I bought from him long before I found this place, and had no clue then, about getting QC pics in the number and stlye the way many TD's send them... having said that, never a single issue with QC issues on the items I've got from him, and he does provide 3 pics on a photobucket account that you need a login to, semi close ups of front/back and a overall shot, all taken against your specific shipping label as a background. It did not function at all and he refused to replace it since the damage couldn't be seen in his quality control photos (the watch was covered in plastic for those). I filed a complaint with my credit card company and returned the watch to him. Now, he's posted my address, phone & credit card info on his "fraud list" page. He also says he's creating a child pornography website with my personal info! You can see all this info on his site right now, and he has other people's names posted too! If you go to the bottom of his "fraud list" page (see link below)77, my name is repeated multiple times with additional words such as, child molestor, pedophile, rapist and registered sex offender. I do not know what type of a scum bag would ever resort to these tactics, but it makes me sick to have done business with him. He got the watch back and is still coming after me! This is the most vindictive individual I've ever encountered in my entire life. I opened this account to warn people about Henry and his business practices. I am absolutely shocked at his actions and how disgusting a human being he is. I don't know what this guy's problem is but DO NOT order anything from him unless you're willing to accept whatever he sends you. Whatever you do, do not complain or he will take the most vindicitive and malicious action possible against you! What kind of human being does this over a couple hundred dollar watch that he got back? He was very friendly when I asked questions before buying, but my watch had a couple major issues and when I emailed him about it he was a total jerk. I told him that if we couldn't work something out then my only other recourse would be to file a complaint with my credit card company, just to try and get him to fix the problem. He pulled the same [censored] with me and made a bunch of other threats too. He also said he went ahead and bought a website domain with my name which he was going to develop into a child porn site if I filed the complaint. I couldn't believe anyone would ever make a threat like that for any reason, especially for a watch I paid $400 for. I've still got all the emails he sent from his own email account to prove it too. I only wish I'd looked more closely at his website before buying. I didn't see his fraud page or I'd have gone elsewhere. I can't believe he actually posts that crap publicly on his site and is still in business. I've never seen anyone post personal info & cc #'s for public viewing and when I saw all the stuff at the bottom of the page I couldn't believe it.
