Bought this here from Sly, great deal and great guy, then sourced the 19mm rivit from VRF. So the only thing you're seeing that not gen are the hands (which I do have, just need to be cleaned) and the crystal.

Any of you gurus know what the correct movement would be, and in th alternative also what the best ETA movement would be? running an A2834 now.

Correct gen. movement that i took out from that watch is a 1570. Also i want to special mention JMB as he put together this watch. Enjoy.

If you want to go ETA-comparable to original, go for a 2846. It's a slow beater, just like the original. If you look on ebay, you can find plenty of cheap watches to pull them from. Just make sure you get 'em serviced and they're a great little movement.
