Akira
I reported many fakes on ebay...almost never they got cancel after the bidding reached a certain price Moreover I found it effective to PM the seller...telling him you will file a criminal complaint and a complaint to Rolex, if he will sell the fake watch. Worked a couple of times
PPN
How can you tell it is fake? No, seriously...I'm still learning.
kbh
Submariner with a GMT bezel insert. Wrong crown position. Dial marker surrounds are too big. Minute hand is too short. Horrible bracelet with solid mid links. Wrong stampings. Fugly clasp. Among other things........

Ephry73
eBay is a joke lately. I had a sterile sub removed from a listing, because I used the word submariner milsub. This post is just ridiculous. Now(to play Devil's advocate), perhaps the seller does not know that it is a fake and this seller paid good cash for it, thus listing this as a gen, not a replica(bad one) E
txcollector
eBay is a joke lately. I had a sterile sub removed from a listing, because I used the word submariner milsub. This post is just ridiculous. Now(to play Devil's advocate), perhaps the seller does not know that it is a fake and this seller paid good cash for it, thus listing this as a gen, not a replica(bad one) E hmm, let's see. The seller spends about 6 months increasing his feedback with sales of objects of less than $10 (many at $0.99); All of the sudden comes a fake for thousands. I'd say this is a pattern of someone that knows how to fool eBay.
Ephry73
Yup. I bought an old Sicura diver from a "lady" who even sent the watch in a new "pad" as padding. The watch was listed as working. I received it NOT WORKING. Returned the item with tracking. Still no refund, and no replies from the seller. Ebay defaulted on the seller because the tracking was not "accurate" whatever that means. it's a shame, eBay used to be a great source and a great resource. Not so much anymore. pr0digy30
If you ever have concerns of a rep on EBay, I find it best to head over to the Rolexforums and the "WatchOut!" section. Lots of pros there and people who can listings pulled pretty quickly.
