82KUBA
Hey Guys, I'm going to be the best man in my best friends wedding in a few weeks so I really wanted to give him a Gen as a gift. I couldnt afford a high end brand and I didnt want to go rep. So I went with a Hamilton because my buddy is a weapons engineer for the US Army and we all know the history between Ham. and the military. I think I did pretty well on this piece, MSRP was 1695 but after talking to the owner and finding out he is Ex-Military he let me walk-out with it for 1k cash. I saw this model for 890-975 online but I think I did good buying it from a Aut. dealer for a few bucks more. Guys I would love your feed back

Utheman
Nice choice! That's the Jazzmaster, correct?
calatrava
For $1K vs. $850 from a grey market dealer, I would have done what you did and going with the AD. 40% off MSRP is a fantastic deal for an automatic Swiss Valjoux 7750 chronograph. Very clean, elegant, and subtle design. I heartily approve.

Noel Fleischer
Agree with everybody. That's a nice looking watch- classy and clean. Hammy's are great because they're part of the Swatch group so you get the same 7750 mov't as watches costing 3 times the $$.
HartDoc
very classic watch. I think hammies are often underrated.
