Old trick. Notice the slide rule is offset to hide the flaw. The 18 lines u at 6 o'clock but the 60 is not centered on a marker.

Actually the 18 is lined up with the 19. I agree, it probably doesn't line up somewhere though.

In the new world of super reps this one is a half ass effort. Vote with your checkbook (or lack thereof). With the high standards of Breitling reps it is surprising.
