On my wrist if everything stacks up! I'm just a bit concerned about no papers, could be stolen for all I know, just don't like the idea of sending it to rolex for a service to never see it again.

"...just don't like the idea of sending it to rolex for a service to never see it again."

'Stolen' or not they can keep it for any reason and you are screwed. No matter what you say...the authorities will always side with rwc.

I would not trust them with a rusty Vostock.

It's kinda like owning a patek-o philippe-o...

"You never actually own a rolex...you merely look after it until they catch you and take it away."

...then they throw you into a dark dungeon, beat you with a cat-o-nine, and force you to eat frog eyes from a brass bowl.

Good luck with the auction!

If he offers personal pick up the chance the watch is stolen is a lot lower.

You might even ask for a handover at an AD, if he agrees the watch should be fine ;)

"WINNING BIDDER WISHING TO USE PAYPAL PLEASE CONTACT AT AUCTION END TO DISCUSS FEES"

I don't think he can do that.

I'm just going to pay the fees, I'll price it into my final bid.

He's says he bought the watch from a friend, not sure if he's a dealer, but as you say his history suggests he knows a bit about watches.

Judging by his feedback he seems to be a dealer of some sort...
