Not for nothing but if you look at the picture of the disc you can see 3035 is turning counterclockwise which is opposite on 3135

Just starting my franken and found this thread and joined just to thank you guys. Having a gen dial and hands already, I pretty much knew it was gen movement or Yuki for my only options. This gives me a bit more insight in to what I'd be getting in to. misiekped, are you still providing servicing on these or stocking them? If so, can you pm me what you charge?

Thanks again, guys!

Hi guys! What do you think about that date disc with 6&9 open for Yuki movement?!

The best option is to source an early gen trit dial 16610 as these had the open 6 & 9 but were for the cal.3135.

I bought one & had it installed on my Y3135. It replaces the othe gen 3135 I DW bought from Mike!

It completes my 16800.

Are the movement functions the same as gen? I often wonder the engineering process for replica movements. Also, I like how 3D printers for metal are becoming cheaper.

I can't believe a rep movement cost so much with so any problems...

So many problems? Just have it serviced and you shouldn't have issues. Yukis definitely require a good service whereas an ETA/clone you can get away without one initially. Many people have yukis with no issues.

I wonder, exactly how interchangeable is the y3135 with gen parts? I'd assume swapping out even a few parts, such as the escapement, main spring, balance wheel, etc for gen parts could turn a fairly reliable clone into a very impressive clone. With servicing of course.
