Hey guys.. A couple of members have been asking me if the latest batch of v3 is up to par ..

So here's a couple of qc pics sent to me by puretime few days back.

Looks great. Is the AR on the cyclops clear without the blue tint?

Over on RG some of the pictures show a crooked hour marker at six. I'd ask them to remove that red A sticker to check.

lume is terrible at '5' where the 50 is.

Reject! This is one of the worst I have seen. "50" is disgusting and the marker at 40 is a mess too.

Not Sure if they replaced it after i asked them for a clearer photo,

But here's a shot of it without the A sticker and a lume shot.

Do you guys still think its still screwed up ?

Now that i looked at it, i noticed that the lume on the triangle marker is badly applied.

I'm gonna ask them nicely to replace one for me.

All the ones I've seen from the new batch look like they were lumed by drunk chimpanzees

Guess they were being rushed to fill the demand. But, any member that have been here long enough or even some new members would probably reject them. Dealers probably gonna have to eat up the cost.

New qc watch pics from puretime, the Lume is still not the greatest, but waaaaay better than the first. What do you guys think?

Flaws on 40 and 50 still noticeable...Toro and Puretime have same supplier on these watches--Noob factory I believe. Toro took photos of his batch-go to his site, he has a bunch.

Yeah it does... Looking at all the QC threads in the different forums I think I wont be getting one after all, not for the money they go for I expect better. all the same I will just go back to waiting for the Tudor black bay to come out.

It does to me too. The dealers won't have much cost to eat as they'll just send all these out to people that buy online and are not members of the rep forums. I won't be rushing to pick one up personally.

Nooo! I just put in an order to Puretime for the V3. Hopefully the lume and 6 Marker are not as bad as the ones shown here! BTW, how long did it take for them to send you QC pics?

I also almost pull a trigger to order 1, but after I seen all of these- better not
