dcpark87 Posted December 24, 2012 Report Posted December 24, 2012 Would you have gen 3135 hands to test the fit? That's the main reason I'm inclined to get the SA3135, to fit my gen LV hands. Can't wait for the review.
Mike@tommys Posted December 24, 2012 Report Posted December 24, 2012 That pearl looks really good .is this the super Lumed job withe glass covered pearl?

gmtlover Posted December 26, 2012 Report Posted December 26, 2012 If the movement turns out to be well build, then the next question will be: when can we get it separate, and what's the price tag..
HartDoc Posted December 26, 2012 Report Posted December 26, 2012 If the movement turns out to be well bulld, then the next question will be: when can we get it separate, and what's the price tag..yuki, but I think he is out until feb or march
gmtlover Posted December 26, 2012 Report Posted December 26, 2012 yuki, but I think he is out until feb or march Yuki has a different one. It's not the same as the one the OP is going to review

6now Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 I've inquired from Sean. Not available as a part.
dbane883 Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 how is the tear-down coming along? I don't think he's received it yet.
gmtlover Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 I don't think he's received it yet. And you are happy with yours?
dbane883 Posted December 28, 2012 Report Posted December 28, 2012 Yes. It's great. It has not left my wrist for a week. But then again I'm on holiday and its the only watch I brought with me. I'll do the platinum paint mod when I get back home. The second hand is very smooth. Runs a touch fast, but not the end if the world to hack it for 10-15 secs each morning.
Rolexman Posted December 28, 2012 Author Report Posted December 28, 2012 how is the tear-down coming along?I don't think he's received it yet. Watch indeed still in transit due to x-mas.

Rolexman Posted January 8, 2013 Author Report Posted January 8, 2013 The eagle has landed. Will be doing the tear down this Friday and posting the thread on Saturday. Stay tuned
gmtlover Posted January 8, 2013 Report Posted January 8, 2013 Finally! fingers crossed that this movement is a good one! I need it for my TC 16613 project!
dbane883 Posted January 8, 2013 Report Posted January 8, 2013 The eagle has landed. Will be doing the tear down this Friday and posting the thread on Saturday. Stay tuned Cool. He sent you the whole watch. Good luck with the tear down. And perhaps more importantly, good luck with the reassembly! After a month of ownership, my sa3135 V2 is running perfectly - albeit about 25sec fast/day. If you can figure out an easy way to regulate it, I appreciate it. But I got a feeling it requires the microstella wrench route, which is above my level of competence.
