The 6542 and 1675 inserts are the same inside diameter and outside diameter, along with all the acrylic crystal models. 

 

The sapphire crystal models have the same outside diameter, but larger inside diameter.

Yep, that's a big fish. If you look close you can see my Son is wearing a Trusty Time noob Submariner. I've had to re-set the hands 3 times for him, they keep getting knocked off.
